We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This commercial policy is in addition to mandatory consumer rights and does not limit them.
30-Day Commercial Return Policy
To be eligible for a return under our commercial return policy, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags or accessories, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@oulani.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, for eligible returns within Poland, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without first contacting us may take longer to identify and process.
14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer who entered into a distance contract, including an online purchase, Polish and EU consumer law generally gives you 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us an unequivocal statement of your decision by email to support@oulani.com or by post to Tarcice 9, 80-718 GdaĆsk, Polska. It is enough to send the withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.
After notifying us of withdrawal, you should return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal statement, unless we have agreed otherwise or arranged collection.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments due under applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method that does not create additional cost for you.
You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumer goods sold in the European Union are generally protected by a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If goods do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable Polish consumer law, which can include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination/refund. These statutory rights are separate from our 30-day commercial return policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain categories, such as goods made to the consumerâs specifications or clearly personalized goods, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after they have been unsealed. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
A sale or discounted price does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is usually to return the original item and, once appropriate, place a separate order for the replacement. For defective or non-conforming goods, statutory remedies apply independently of this exchange procedure.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us at support@oulani.com before returning the item. Where the return is accepted because the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Oulani will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided in our Return Policy unless our support team provides different instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refund Timing
For ordinary commercial returns that are not statutory withdrawals, we will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as reasonably possible. Statutory withdrawal refunds are handled within the legal deadlines described above.
